Should you decline the offered substitutes, we will quickly refund any payments made for the unavailable items.
REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER: We make every reasonable effort to fulfill all confirmed orders; however, we retain the absolute discretion to cancel any order at any stage, even after issuing an Order Confirmation. DELIVERY: As outlined in Section (3) concerning product availability and special situations, our team commits to dispatching your purchase by the confirmed delivery date whenever specified. When no exact date is indicated, we strive to process shipments within the projected timeline, ensuring all orders are shipped within a maximum period of 30 days from when your order confirmation is issued. Please note that certain factors beyond our control – including unexpected events or location-specific delivery challenges – may occasionally cause shipping delays. For clarity under these Terms, successful “delivery” occurs, and your order is considered “received”, at the moment either you or your authorized representative takes physical possession of the items, with delivery confirmation established through signature verification at your specified shipping address.
PRICE AND PAYMENT: We make every effort to ensure our website displays correct product pricing, though rare inaccuracies may sometimes occur. If we discover a pricing error related to your order, we will immediately contact you with two alternatives: either confirm your purchase at the accurate price or cancel the order without penalty. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION : These Terms of Service, along with any separate agreements under which we provide you with services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
RETURN: At Cannabis, we prioritize your shopping experience and want you to be delighted with every purchase. Our return window allows you to send back eligible products within one week of receiving your order, though this doesn’t apply to items bought during special sales. To maintain hygiene standards, we’re unable to accept returns on personal items like headwear, masks, underwear, activewear, or any stationery products. For a successful return, please ensure the merchandise remains exactly as you received it – never used, unwashed, with original tags still attached, and in its undamaged packaging. Each returned item undergoes careful inspection, and we may refuse acceptance if we find any evidence of wear or improper handling.
In cases where you receive a faulty product, we’ve made the process simple: just send clear photographs showing the defect to our support email at info@cannaebis.com. After our team verifies the issue (typically within two business days), we’ll promptly organize a complimentary return pickup service. For regular returns not involving defective items, we charge a small ₹100 handling fee to cover the logistics costs through our delivery partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC. Remember to repack your return in its original box or wrapping for protection during transit. Please note that discounted merchandise from sales, clearance events, or special promotions constitutes final sales and isn’t eligible for returns or exchanges. INVOICE: An invoice will be provided along with the products upon delivery. TAXES: All purchases made through the website are subject to applicable taxes, including but not limited to GST, duties, cesses, and other charges, as per the prevailing rules and regulations.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY: You have 7 days from the delivery date to return your order, except during sale periods. If returned within this period, you will receive a refund for the product cost, but delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to your Cannaebis Gift Card. If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours at info@cannaebis.com for assistance. Orders can be returned a maximum of 2 consecutive times.
Customers can return Supima products, Black Wide-Leg Sweatpants, and Black Utility Straight Fit Pants within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
Products are eligible for a replacement or refund only if defects result from manufacturing faults. Covered defects include loose stitching, fabric discoloration, print imperfections, uneven dye, fabric pilling, excessive shrinkage, missing embellishments, excessive wrinkling, fabric tearing, or any defect affecting the garment’s quality or functionality.
Returns will not be accepted for damages caused by improper washing, excessive wear and tear, alterations, accidents, misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or fabric aging due to regular use. Cannaebis reserves the right to inspect returned products to determine eligibility for refunds or replacements.
To initiate a return, contact Cannaebis Customer Service. Once confirmed, we will arrange a pickup within 7 days. If the product is defective or faulty, Cannaebis will cover return shipping costs.
