However, due to hygiene considerations, certain items cannot be returned, such as caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, and baby tees. Additionally, stationery products like stickers are non-returnable.
Return Conditions:
Our return policy requires that the product be in its original, unused condition, unwashed, and with all tags still attached to be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product appears used, washed, soiled, or damaged, except in the case of defective items that were delivered to you. Additionally, if the product shows any signs of damage, we will not accept the return unless it is due to the delivery of a damaged item.
Reverse Pickup:
Reverse pickups for returns are not provided unless specifically approved by our Customer Experience Team. If you believe you’ve received a defective product, kindly send images to info@cannaebis.com for assessment. Once the defect is verified, our Customer Experience Team will coordinate the reverse pickup within 48 hours of the confirmation.
Packaging:
When returning an item, please ensure that the packaging remains intact as it was upon delivery.
Delivery Partners:
As we do not have an in-house delivery service, we depend on third-party providers such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC. When a return is requested, the delivery partner applies a reverse pickup fee, for which we ask customers to pay ₹100.
Sale Items:
Products purchased during Sale or Diwali Clearance Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return/Refund Process:
You have 7 days from the delivery date to return your order (for purchases made outside of sale periods). If the return is within this window, you will receive a refund for the product price. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. The refunded amount will be credited to your Cannaebis Gift Card. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please reach out to us within 24 hours at info@cannaebis.com for assistance. Please be aware that each order can be returned a maximum of two (2) times consecutively.
